Can't see "Other bookmarks" on bookmarks bar
That's it! Please, help...

@leocg It seems I didn't explain myself well: in the Bookmarks manager (opera://bookmarks) I can see the bookmarks I have added to the bookmarks bar.
There is also a native folder (not added) called Other bookmarks, where I have saved some other bookmarks, the same way as in Google Chrome. This last folder is not displayed as it should on the right side of the bookmarks bar. -

@seefhuury It's a different issue, so please open a new topic.

@jasantes Since the bookmarks bar is a specific folder, it makes sense that you can only see its content when you enable it.
For me it's clear that the idea of the bookmarks bar is to allow the users to access their most used bookmarks and not a way to access all bookmarks.

Chrome and Brave have an "All Bookmarks" button at the right edge of the bookmarks bar where clicking it brings up a context menu of all bookmarks (besides the bookmarks bar).
Edge has the same thing, but calls the button "Other favorites".
Vivaldi doesn't have it. You can set whatever bookmark folder you want to use as the source for the bookmarks bar, but there's no way enable an "All bookmarks" button at the right of the bookmarks bar.
In Opera, there's no way to add an "Other bookmarks" button to the right of the bookmarks bar like Edge, Chrome and Brave do. So, the reason you can't see it is because Opera doesn't have that feature.

@burnout426 Ok, good explanation. Then the solution is to view the side panel.
One more thing: is there a way to show the panel on the right?
