Syncronization keeps logging out.

still nothing? Every fucking time I have to use the stupid two-factor thing, it's getting so fucking annoying, and the site policy here requiring you to agree to receive update emails about products is BS! I swear, this is pushing me to find something else. All these security features that make me not able to access my own data and then push things I explicitly don't want is BS policy. The death of customer service across everything. Worst part of that is that I probably won't even be able to find something better and you know it. Fucked up.

The things I have to accept just to reply here is insane.
It is infuriating, I might just go back to Chrome, everytime I need to use flow or my bookmarks I have to login again on flow and on my account. Why do I have to keep putting my passwords repeatedly on something that was supposed to be automatic?

I have the same issue, my PC opera logs me out of synchronisation all the time. There've been some updates so I thought it has been fixed, but it's not. It keeps me logged for like 30 seconds and I'm out. Very annoying, anyone here can help?

I'm having the same issue with both the syncing and the Flow features. I've been trying to connect my Flow feature, but it won't work. I scan the QR code with my phone and receive a code that I can't enter anywhere on my PC. I just keep being brought to a screen to log in again every time I try. I sent an issue email to Opera, but have no idea if they are dealing with this issue. It's strange that the Flow feature works on the mobile version of the browser, but not the PC version of the browser.

@deeken I went with Brave. Better security and the sync across all my platforms works great.

The Sync issue, was the last straw for me, with Opera. The Devs constantly breaking their own product every time they update it (video issues) extensions that dont work right, and a Sync setup that is ridiculous. The Devs took it upon themselves, to set it up, to where Opera signs you out of Sync..... if your device isnt updated with the latest version of Opera. I dont know what their criteria is for that (3 versions old??) but I know this to be a fact. I kept finding my phone or tablet etc... not syncing my bookmarks. After updating Opera, suddenly it miraculously worked again. I intentionally didnt update Opera after that, just to make sure thats what it was. Sure enough, Sync would not work, unless I updated Opera, even though working on other devices. Im sick and tired of Devs telling me what I can and cant do, or in this case, doing underhanded things to my devices without my consent or knowledge. I went to Brave.... dont like everything about it either, but it just works

@friesie .... That was yet another of the many reasons I ditched Opera. I had forgot about it, till I read your post. It was bad enough the Devs set the Sync up to where it would log me out and not Sync until Opera was updated, but all the BS and errors of trying to sign back in.... and being stuck in the viscous loop, was unacceptable. I dont expect software to be perfect, but anymore, software has more bugs than positives (or they wouldnt need to constantly update it) and nobody listens to what the users want. I just refuse to waste my time anymore, with software that is always broken, Devs that intentionally break said software, or arrogant Devs thinking they have the right to change setting/take actions on MY device, without my consent or knowledge

+1 - Time to move on ... again. Does anyone know a Chrome plugin that works like Opera's Speedial and/chat apps in the sidebar?

@hansaplastique not exactly like speed dial, that I know of. In Brave you can setup "speed dial like" shortcuts on your startup/home screen. BUT, you cant save/transfer/access" them like you can in Opera, to set them up on a different machine. You have to setup each machine individually. But Brave is a whole lot easier to setup one machine, then just copy the entire profile to other machines.... and you have everything, including start page shortcuts, on the other machines

I also have this problem. Kinda hoped that it was solved with latest Opera update, but no, it keeps logging me out of Sync... Frustrating
