Being asked for a code when trying to recover passwords

Hello I need help.
Recently I changed my computer, and i was looking up to recover all the paswords I used before but I clicked a button at side a space that was asking for a code and it seems that my passwords have been deleted or something, how I can recover that information? I do not have access to my passwords in any other way posible Help! -
