Please make opera to "remember" the position and size of pop out videos

It would be nice to implement a feature that Firefox has. The browser to "remember" the position and size of pop out videos (like youtube for example) so we don't have to move and resize the pop out window every time.

@bgmordred I'm using Opera on Ubuntu and Windows, and it already does this for me. I have some issues actually resizing it, but it does remember where I last had it.

@bestcodes it does remember the size when you do not close opera, but not the position if you use multiple monitors. If you close opera and reopen it it resets size and position in Windows 10
