Website Post Section is not Working Properly

Hi,
I am Danial and I am a Freelancer on Upwork. This is My Clint Site, (https://spotimodapk.com). When I Install Rankmath, I face an issue in the Post section, the post list is not showing properly. I want to confirm that this is a glitch or it's a normal thing?
