Opera GX downloading Opera without consent

Hey so Opera GX has been downloading normal Opera without my consent or me knowing beforehand. This happens everytime I install Opera GX and it doesn't happen when I don't have Opera GX.

@jordank2505 Opera GX doesn't download and/or install Opera One and vice-versa.

When you install Opera GX, are you installing it via the installer from opera.com or are you installing it via a package manager like Chocolatey or Winget or something?
