Remove the com.opera.browser account!

How do I remove the com.opera.browser account from my Android 12 tablet. When I try removing it I get a notice saying "This change isn't allowed by your admin". I'm the Admin! It's my personal tablet!
This issue has been brought up before but I see that rather than answer the concern the admin just locked the thread! How does that help anyone?

And then reinstall Opera in some special way so that the account doesn't get created again? Or is there a certain setting in Android that I can use to unlock this unauthorized account so that It can be removed, so far, every suggestion on the net hasn't worked on my device! Or will an update be released to undo this hi-jacking setting? Maybe you could elaborate a little more! Maybe the company themselves could reply?I didn't create the account, I don't need an account, it serves no purpose for how I need to use a browser! I've used multiple other browsers, none of them created an unauthorized account or implied they needed one to operate and I believe, in general, hi-jacking is an illegal activity regardless of in what context its used! Regardless, its a Security Concern on my private/personal property!
The com.opera.browser account is just that, even though the browser App hasn't been granted any permissions it somehow overrides (hi-jacks) the security settings of my tablet that I'm the owner, user and administrator of and installed a "locked" unauthorized account that can't simply be uninstalled! Why? For what purpose?
Why did the software programmers go out of their way to develop "Internet browser" software that also creates an unauthorized "locked" account on users devices? If they did that on purpose then what other malicious acts does the software commit... compromises the Trusted Credentials maybe? Maybe it also installs some other malicious software that gets sent out over the Internet while browsing... that the end user would be blamed for! Is it for spying on the users?
The Opera browser works, it easy to use and it looks nice... unfortunately the company developing and supplying the Opera Browser App, and its third party "help", have proven they lack any credibility, morals or even simple common sense as far as security, privacy and personal information risks are concerned!
If the company refuses to return full control of an end users device to the end user I suggest that all users delete any Opera Browsers, do a malware and virus scan and then find another browser to use!

@steveo-1 Just did a quick teste here and the com.opera, browser account is created when you first login to your Opera account in Opera.
So, probably, Opera needs to create that entry for synchronization to happen. I guess it should be a similar reason for the one why Facebook, One Drive, WhatsApp and other apps also add accounts.

Well, I never created or signed into any Opera account so it would stand to reason the account gets created when installing the App!
Like I said above "I don't need an account, it serves no purpose for how I need to use a browser! I've used multiple other browsers, none of them created an unauthorized account or implied they needed one to operate"
The fact still is... the Opera browser App hasn't been granted any permissions yet it somehow overrides (hi-jacks) the security settings of my tablet that I'm the owner, user and administrator of and installs a "locked" unauthorized account that can't simply be uninstalled!
Again, its a Security Concern on my private/personal property!

I have checked myself, on multiple devices, why do you think I opened this topic?
I'm confused, you're a moderator here since 2018, you know of this exact issue yet you advise me like its something totally new... why the need for the deception?@jamesjoey123 Apparently, it's not something new: https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/comments/di9srl/after_installing_opera_for_android_an_opera/

Here’s another interesting tidbit I think many might find peculiar…
In most any Android device in Settings, Security you’ll find the list of “Trusted Credentials” providers installed on your device, Amazon, DigiCert, Entrust, Google Trust, SSL, VeriSign, etc… there’s a lot of them, I counted over 100 separate ones on my tablet and phone! (Unfortunately there is spyware out there that can infiltrate those trusted credentials! https://techreport.com/spy/spyware-threats-android-devices/ but that’s a topic for another day!)
What I found peculiar is… using most any “other” browser (FireFox, Brave, Thorium) open a common banking website like Citi.com or BankofAmerica.com or a crypto exchange like Coinbase.com and tap on the little padlock or security icon next to the URL in the address bar, it will tell you if the “Connection is Secure” and who it’s verified by… DigiCert, Entrust, CloudFlare, Verisign, etc.
Now open those same URL’s with Opera and check the “Certificate Information”… they're all “Verified” by “Opera Software ASA”… themselves!!! AND, go look in your list of “Trusted Credentials” on your device… do you see a trusted credential with the name “Opera” in it anywhere? Where is Opera’s “Trusted Credentials”?
I suppose their certificate could have another name but why not have it easily identified in the list then? Is it under another company name?
Security, privacy and personal information risks are a major problem and concern these days, I’m just pointing out some things Opera is doing that are VERY concerning!
