      I just updated from an older Opera version (57 ?) to this current v. 60, which I see has a lot of changes and new features. This must be something simple in Settings that I haven't recognized yet, but when Opera is open (full screen), it covers and hides the Windows Quick Launch Taskbar on the bottom of the desktop screen. That was not the case with the earlier Opera version. How to restore the earlier default behavior ? This is in W7, in case that makes any difference.

        Full screen or maximized? If full screen then it's the correct behavior to not show the quick launch bar or anything other than the program window.

          @leocg

          Thanks.
          A clumsy mistake on my part . . . or, maybe a different default screen size came into effect when I upgraded Opera.

              @mitranasiri if you open opera settings and type "shortcuts" into search box top right, in the results should be "Configure shortcuts". under that list that opens when you click configure shortcuts will be "toggle full screen". set a key bind or look what key is set there and try it. opera should toggle between full screen (i.e. hide the taskbar etc and show it full screen) or just maximized with taskbar showing. Try it and see what happens... it is either normal behaviour or you have some issue, but may help to drill it down a little, I think i am stating the obvious and you probably know this stuff better than me...
