Black Spaces all over My Screen At Every Web site

I'm not sure what I might abctually be typing becuase ever since I installed the latest update today (Nov. 14, 2023) I am getting thesew black spaces all over my screen that appear in random places with only a little of the screen lit at any time. It's a damn mess. I dThis has got to be a bug with the new update, because my Opera browser was workin g fine until I installed this latest onew!
