@eaer Depending on what you're using or where you are located, there may be other things besides the browser blocking you. Some locales in the world impose blocks on certain kinds of web content; some computers may have blocking against certain kinds of content installed in the operating system, the AV, or the firewall; some browser extensions employ block-lists that prevent viewing certain kinds of content; some Internet providers (or local networks to which you may be slaved) will block certain kinds of content from being accessed by users.

Why?

Do some testing...
All sites? A particular site? Sites in specific country or from specific country?
Try with and without VPN, just as an experiment.
Also, try it in Private mode.

And, just because we're being exhaustive,
Try accessing with and without : Ad blocking; with and without : Tracker blocking, with and without Javascript.

Not sure, but I would think that the best way would be:
Private Window, with VPN, with Ad blocking, with Tracker blocking
