Disable voice/over/speak assistant for blind people

How to disable this voice over for blind people? I can´t believe it is so hard to disable it.

It is ON just in one domain/site. I don´t know what I pressed to enable it. It´s going on for months. I have used other browsers to access that particular site (github.com).

@edupichler Opera doesn't have such feature.

@leocg this is happening only in one website and only in Opera. Do you think it can be a windows thing?
