Sync/transfer personal data to new phone?

Coming from a Samsung s21 to a Samsung s23. I have an account on Opera everything's been backed up synced How can I transfer all my personal data (backup autofill and passwords ) to my new phone? I've looked everywhere, I think.

I've scanned the QR code shown on the phone and nothing happens can't find anything and help.

I've got the same issue! I'd like to transfer my bookmarks and passwords at the very least :/. Did the same. Sync, logged in with my opera account, connected both devices... only thing that works now is Flow. But not a great solution to use flow to transfer everything manually... help please.
