Aria only to answer in English?

I like Opera, as a PC technician with 35 years of experience, I have been recommending it to my customers. But the disappointment is that ARIA is only optimized to answer in English, because when it wants to, it does not answer in the language you ask. And It Says This:
I am sorry if my previous answer did not meet your expectations. I am an artificial intelligence language model created by OpenAI and my goal is to provide helpful and informative answers. While I can understand and respond in several languages, my ability to do so may vary by language. I am here to help, so if you have any other questions or requests, I will be happy to try to help you in any way I can.
So why install Aria, if it responds only in English, and you have Opera installed in a different language. -

@os007 I got some more detailed information from Aria about this.
The short answer is that the majority of research is done in English which provides a larger dataset available in that language, Aira does have datasets for other languages but they are more limited and not as accurate due to this.
The second problem is that NLP has to be optimised for the specifics of a language for it to be processed correctly. So similar to somebody learning a language to go on holiday, English NLP can process other languages but there are going to be errors simply due it not being a native language.
Aria will try and respond in the language a question is asked in but will default to English if it has problems.
