Opera closes itself

The browser closes by itself, a sign automatically appears that says:

You cannot open the user profile directory because you do not have sufficient privileges.

This problem started with the last update, I uninstalled twice but the problem persists. Please someone help me!

@adrianguz As said, try starting Opera as admin.

Same Problem here. Admin privileges doesn't help.
