Overheating and using significant energy

Opera One high energy consumption on my macbook M1 Air 2020.

400+ in 12 hours, screenshot attached.

Discharges quickly and overheats. Has anyone had a similar problem, please share the solution

note that the two highest apps are the browsers

it is not something specific to Opera.

you can try dusting out system, making sure fans are clear
you can try opening the case and dusting inside, if you are not comfortable with that, take it in and they can dust inside. dust collection inside contributes very much to heat. do not block fans or put on rug or cloth, or too close to walls, etc. these placements block the fans output and the intake of fans too, which all cool the system

I actually don't have any fans or dust in my laptop XD.
