Finally found this fantastic page with download links to older Opera versions.

Assuming I wanted to install a version from May 2023 on my mac Mini, which I liked much better than the current version in many respects, which of the 6 files offered for mac should/must I download for this?

Remember to install Opera while offline.

@zedahkay11 You can get old Opera GX versions from https://get.opera.com/ftp/pub/opera_gx/

Don't know specific versions for that OS
