Opera wont delete cookie files on browser quit

I checked "Keep local data only until I quit my browser" option from cookies menu but it doesnt really work, internet cache and history it's still stored. It's a bug? Wont it supposed to delete all data except stored passwords?

Afaik it should delete cookies and local storage, which is a different thing than history and cache.
