Version 99.0.4788.47, just upgraded yesterday (5 June).
Note at the top of this image (which is showing YouTube in the foreground), that the tab title is a duplicate of another tab's content, the streaming service Peacock to which I $ub$cribe.

Is this an Opera issue, or not?
