Opera portable updates to the non-existent 99 version

Opera portable is updated to the non-existent 99 version.
Updated Opera Portable with offline installer and... Now Opera, updates to version 99...
How to fix this problem?
What files need to be tweaked to make it work properly?

Why, then, did the offline installer put 95 on me?

Mine standalone updated to 99.0.4788.13.

@kirill1996 maybe because you don't have at least Windows 11, needed to install Opera from version 96?

Or maybe you have downloaded an old offline installer?

The problem was that I could not access the files from under the new account to the Opera folder on the other partition of the drive.
Got full access to the folder and updated offline with the installer with no problem.
