Opera opens multiple instances on launch

I noticed on Tuesday that when I launched Opera Dev it would launch a second instance with only my main tab a few seconds after the first instance was launched. I figured out that there are three extensions if enabled that will cause this behavior, and if not enabled Opera behaves as it should.
Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin, and WebRTC Prorect - Protect IP Leak
I'm on Garuda right now, but this behavior happens in any arch based distro.

I just verified in Garuda that if those three extensions are disabled Opera behaves as it should on launch. I did a backup of Opera's files, restarted, booted into EzArcher, deleted Opera's files and replaced with the backed up files, and Opera is working as it should. Looks like something in the last couple of Opera dev releases is either broken or conflicting with those extensions. If it were just one extension causing the issue I might think it was the extension that was the problem, but with the issue involving three different extensions I have to believe it is something in Opera itself that is causing the issue.

On a side note Opera really needs to make a public bug reporting system so solutions can be easily share among all Opera users that experience a particular issue.

@locutus The forum is also for people to share issues and solutions.
Not the point. The point is if you guys choose to only respond by email then you and I are the only ones with the solution unless one of us comes here and post it.
