workspaces have separate cache?

Do workspaces have separate cache? If a page isn't playing well I'll try a private window because it has no old cache and will get the page fresh. Would switching to a new workspace do the same? I also use different browsers to keep things like what email accounts I'm logged into separate. It gets messy if several work and personal accounts are logged in all in the same window. In one browser I can just be in work stuff an another browser just personal stuff. Would workspaces do the same? Like workspace 2 would not know that in workspace 1 I'm logged into this and that email account? Thanks.
