Problem with VPN Pro payment

I subscribed to your vpn pro free trial. And even though I got the message that there was a problem with payment, the money was still
taken from my account Three Times. The vpn does not work, and the subscription tab shows that there are no active subscriptions.Also the contact form does not work, there's no way to contact you about your neglect.
Truly disappointing. What a waste of time. Sort it out. -

what you're describing is probably our payment provider's way of verifying your card. Our partner Xsolla blocks a random amount on your card to confirm the card's validity. This value will be released once the subscription is paid, or once you cancel your trial, as explained in this Help Center article: https://support-vpn-pro.opera.com/hc/en-us/articles/6475276791185-I-have-subscribed-to-free-trial-but-I-see-that-my-card-has-small-amount-blocked-by-Xsolla-why-is-that-happening-
If you'd like to find out more about why your payment method couldn't be verified, please contact your bank - they will be able to tell you what exactly happened, and how to avoid this in the future. You can also contact Xsolla directly at support@xsolla.com. They will be able to explain the three verification attempts, and tell you if the money has already been released on their side.

Hey, can you please share more about it, what type of problems you face with VPN Pro Payment, sometime when you send payment it might be not fulfill the required that's why it failed. In my opinion you can change the VPN then try it might be solved.

So you choose the right options for it, that will be problem solving for you. Sometime when you use the different payment gateways then this issue will be resolved.
