Subtitle size automatically decreases in YouTube

I don't understand why subtitle size is automatically decreasing. Is there any settings that's causing it or any extension? I don't have much extensions installed. Is SponorBlock causing this? It is the only extension I have doubt on. Other extensions are adblock, webtime statistics, shazam etc.
