@alex-gtv Logging to Sync should do that.

Thank you for your reply!
....
Must I do some special manual actions,
to restore the synchronized data into the fresh and new browser Installation?
....
or is this done by itself, when I logged in into my new fresh Opera Browser Installation account??Greets

@alex-gtv There is nothing much you can do on Android, so you probably will need to rely on sync.

aha okee... Thank u much for your help, Leo!
Then I will prepare soon the backup from the current Opera Browser Installation here on my Huawei P30 Pro for just in case
and I will check before my synchronized data, if it is up 2 date and then I will exchange the Opera Browser App into a very new installation.
I let me surprise if it will be much better and solving the very often crashing issue, i hope that very very much!!
by the way:
I got today an answer from Opera Customer Support:They wrote me:
With my Huawei Telephone "memory" inside is a problem/reason for that crashing of the Opera Browser App.do you know something about this memory problem of certain Android phones?

@alex-gtv Don't know. Open a topic to discuss it, maybe someone replies.
