How can i change my password if the userpage doesn't have a "forgot the password"?

I don't remember at all my old password and the opera account doesn't let me put anything to try to change it, i need the password to change the password but i don't know the old one. What can i do? Is there a ticket i should send to an specific email ? English is not my main language, sorry the misspells.

@edbwolf In the login page, there is a Forgot your password? link that you can click on.
