Opera downloads

Everytime I download a file it downloads as a opera file, how do I change this? I just want to make it so it downloads as a normal file.

@cardboredbox356 If the download has finished, has its real extension and no longer the temporary opdownload one, and when you try to open it the file tries to open in Opera, then you need to change it in Windows settings.
