Sync passwords is restoring older versions

Hi, I sync my passwords across several PCs and Mobiles. It has always taken the most up to date change until recently. Now it is rolling back to older versions of passwords which means I keep having to reset them via websites.
Sync is 'on' in all versions of the browser but is there a specific setting or master account that I need to specify? I have many years worth of passwords and don't want to start from scratch unless it is absolutely necessary.

I have a issue with Opera passwords too.
Example: I have stored passwords to 5 gmail accounts.
And yesterday I've noticed all passwords changed and are the same - like the one that I've updated half year ago (to one of 5 accounts). And these passwords were synchronized on all my Opera browsers (Windows, Linux and Android).
So yesterday I've modified these passwords on PC (to proper ones). Then I've checked them in the phone - all was fine.
Today I'm trying to login on one of the accounts and again - there's wrong password, because again on all accounts I have the same password. -
