Google is Missing Search Links!!!!

When I sign into google, I dont see links in google like, Web, Images, News, etc. The only time I can see links is if I sign out of google and refresh the page. Whats going on here??!! Is this for real?!! How do I fix this stupid sh;it?

Which version of Opera? It's working here with both 21.0.1419.0 and 20.0.1387.64.
