Not sure what error 87 is. You can look through https://support-vpn-pro.opera.com/hc/en-us if you haven't to see if you can find something that will help.

- Clear the Networking cache
First, in order to clear the Networking cache:
Open Command Prompt (you can easily do this by opening Windows Start menu, typing “cmd” (without the quotation marks) in the search bar, right-clicking on “Command Prompt” and selecting “Run as Administrator”
In Command Prompt, type (or simply copy and paste) the following commands. After each command, simply press enter to execute it.
First, execute this command: netsh int ip reset
Next, execute: netsh int ipv6 reset
Last, execute: netsh winsock reset
After executing these three commands, restart your computer. Please don’t skip this step.- Reset Device Manager adapters
After completing step one and restarting your computer, reset your device manager adaptors. In order to do this:
Open Device Manager
Find Network Adapters
Uninstall WAN Miniport drivers (IKEv2, IP, IPv6, and so on.) You can do this by right-clicking on each one and choosing Uninstall device.
Click Action > Scan for hardware changes
The adapters you just uninstalled should come back. You can now try connecting to VPN Pro.
