<p dir="auto">Installing VPN Pro, and start VPN pro --&gt; Error 87</p>
<p dir="auto">i also have Bitdefender VPN (for banking): run<br />
cisco vpn (for work): run</p>

<p dir="auto">I can't help wonder why VPN Pro worked a few times, and then errored... and I couldn't use it on this Win10 machine for a year...</p>

<ol>
<li>Clear the Networking cache<br />
First, in order to clear the Networking cache:</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">Open Command Prompt (you can easily do this by opening Windows Start menu, typing “cmd” (without the quotation marks) in the search bar, right-clicking on “Command Prompt” and selecting “Run as Administrator”<br />
In Command Prompt, type (or simply copy and paste) the following commands. After each command, simply press enter to execute it.<br />
First, execute this command: netsh int ip reset<br />
Next, execute: netsh int ipv6 reset<br />
Last, execute: netsh winsock reset<br />
After executing these three commands, restart your computer. Please don’t skip this step.</p>
<ol start="2">
<li>Reset Device Manager adapters<br />
After completing step one and restarting your computer, reset your device manager adaptors. In order to do this:</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">Open Device Manager<br />
Find Network Adapters<br />
Uninstall WAN Miniport drivers (IKEv2, IP, IPv6, and so on.) You can do this by right-clicking on each one and choosing Uninstall device.<br />
Click Action &gt; Scan for hardware changes<br />
The adapters you just uninstalled should come back.</p>
<p dir="auto">You can now try connecting to VPN Pro.</p>
