Lucid Mode on images is so extreme it's useless

Youtube videos actually look good with Lucid Mode in most cases, but photos and images, the sharpening is so ridiculously extreme, it just makes looking images painful. It's like applying 100% luma sharpening effect in Photoshop on a photo, saving it and then applying 100% luma sharpen on it again. It's just white oversharpening edges everywhere. Intensity slider would be preferred for both, video and images, but if it has to be fixed value, it seriously needs to be toned down for images.

My first reaction was that I liked it, but apply it to a YouTube video and then go full screen, the picture lags behind the video just enough to be annoying.

To view the magic of lucid mode without extreme sharpening disable
"Hardware-accelerated video decode" and "Hardware-accelerated video encode" in opera://flags experiments.
And for non stuttering videos "enable" hardware acceleration in opera settings. -
