Opera Cashback

@babyrol It doesn't help, unfortunatelly. The annoying Cahsback popup is constantly coming back on some pages...
I have also used flags section to turn off those addons, but two latest Opera builds do not care about those settings at all. Perviousy I was able to disable all that Dify/Cashback stuff via that menu.

@dahotfunk You have to go to your Opera sidebar's settings and disable shopping corner. For me it was some strange thingie called "Loomi". Jeez, it's so convoluted. You have to disable this addon in like 3 different places (incl. Opera settings and flags), to make it go away permanently.

Just wondering, who is paying for all this cashback? Not sure how Opera has any money at all since there's no ads anywhere.
Also, I read somewhere there's a Dify wallet to get even more cashback? Is that still the case? At the moment I'm using Opera cashback with Ebay and getting 1.2% cashback.

@operathor Is there a way to keep cashback on? Every time I visit Ebay, I have to switch it back on. Can I for example change the URL I use (speed dial link) to visit Ebay so cashback is already included? I'm assuming cashback alters the URL when you turn it on.

I was using only Dify for a while and the add-on was able to recognize certain sites, but I'm not sure if it was activating by default. Also Dify had that home page with partners and reflinks. You could grab one of those. When you use that redirection cashback is automatically activated.

Where is this list of links?

@hucker For me it was https://cashback.opera.com/ but you should get redirected to it by clicking the yellow "Cashback" button near the store web address in your browser and then partner sites, or something like that.

@operathor Clicking the yellow button lets me give an opinion, turn it on temporarily, or change settings, but nothing else.
https://cashback.opera.com/ provides a huge list of shops, clicking Ebay tells me it turned it on in 48 hours (WTF?) - no idea what link I need to copy to use as a bookmark.
This thing is badly coded, once on it should stay on!

@hucker Click it and it will redirect you to eBay, for example. Then just bookmark that address. It will contain the key. You can see it in the address bar (https://ebay.com/something-something&those-random-numbers-are-your-key)

@operathor I did so, copied the address, closed the browser, reopened it, pasted the address, but the cashback went yellow again. Maybe the key doesn't last between sessions?
