[Suggestion] Ambient on button hover

I think Opera GX would be more futuristic if it would have ambient shadow on buttons when hovered. Example, look at the screenshot (my mouse cursor can't be showed for some reason)

I think it would look cooler if it would have an ambient light surrounding it instead of a red block when hovered. This is just a suggestion and/or idea, so it's ok if you don't like this idea.
