Cleaning the browser and WhatsApp

When I clean the Opera portable browser (92.0.4561.33, Windows 10 Pro 32 bit), I want to include everything, including all cookies, with one exception: the settings for WhatsApp in the browser should be retained, otherwise you have to scan the QR code again and again. Is there a setting for this? Deselecting "Cookies and site data" seems to work, but all cookies remain, which I don't want.
