How do I add a Win 11 Desktop icon for Opera Speed Dial?

@leocg When I hit the current icon for Opera, I get a generic start page for Opera (Saying "Your personal browser" and asking me to download Opera). I'd rather have the desktop icon open immediately to my personalized start page, with rectangular icons for Yahoo Mail, Reddit, my banks, my medical providers, etc. I can get that "Speed dial" page by opening New Tab from the generic Opera page, but I want to bypass the 2-step process to get to the speed dial page.

Goto the URL opera://settings/onStartup. If you have "Retain tabs from previous session" set, also enable "Display start page first". If you don't need to retain your previous tabs, you can just set it to "Begin with fresh start page". No need to create a separate shortcut for Opera to launch the opera://startpage URL.
