Cant upload emotes

Hi,
I bought 8 emotes in the package on own3d for usage on twitch … but I can't upload them to bttv, cause someone else uploaded them on his channel, without sharing option.
These Emotes are not unique and can be bought on own3d. Is there a possibility to upload them twice on bttw, or to get them shared?
