@leocg When there are a lot of tiles on the express panel and you are at the bottom of the list and then go to any page on the Internet and
then return back to the express panel, you are automatically raised to the top of the express panel.
I would like this not to be.

There's no way to turn that off. When you go back to the start page, its scroll position is always going to revert back to the top. Currently, there's no way to get the start page to stay where it was at.

You could right-click -> open in new tab or middle-click or ctrl + left click the speed dials on the start page to open them in a new tab and switch to them while leaving the start page open. That way, when you switch back to the tab with the start page in it, it'll still be at the spot you scrolled.
