Is Opera Max working???

I use Opera Max with my smartphone Huawei d-02h.
I downloaded it before 2017/7/14.
I can use it now, but I don't know Opera Max server is working.
While I use Opera Max app, I can see VPN mark (shape of a key mark) in notification area.
I can't update and download Samsung Max app but I can use Opera Max.
Is Opera Max and its server working ?
