Hi, can you help me please? I just installed 19.0.1326.59 on Win 7 and I still use my old Opera 12. I wanted to import bookmarks from 12 to 19, but for some reason 19 imports old bookmarks, not actual bookmarks from 12. The bookmarks 19 imports are maybe 2 years old and I don't have them in 12 anymore. I don't understand why 19 cannot take actual ones. Thanks in advance.

Are you using 64-bit Opera 12? Opera 19 looks for a 32-bit version of Opera and ignores 64-bit versions ...

I used only Opera 12.16 64-bit before installing Opera 15 and it imported the bookmarks just fine at the time, but if you have both a (old) 32-bit and a 64-bit profile I suspect that as sgunhouse says it'll fetch the 32-bit version bookmarks and ignore the 64-bit.

Do this to force a new import of data from the profile you want (WARNING: it'll replace any data you already have in Opera 19 AFAIK):

          3. Open the Bookmark Importer from the Speed Dial

You'll find the Presto profile path in Opera menu -> About Opera.
