Browser does not detect mouse clicks, only keyboard works

Hello, I have been getting this problem quite recently and it's the fact that Opera GX does not detect any of my mouse inputs. I have tried restarting the browser and nothing appears to work. The only solution i've found it's restarting my computer everytime this happens but it's tedious and time-consuming. This bug is really annoying, specially on the worst cases I need to look up something fast. How do I fix this?
Thanks

@blueslime32 Exactly same issue with my Opera Browser and also the Opera GX. Restarting fixes it but again, its annoying.. I've got until here from speed dial just with the keyboard inputs, using tab tab tab again and again lol

Here it is 2024 and this issue still exists in Opera GX for Windows. I've installed several other browsers to test and am not having this issue with links in those. Restarting the browser doesn't seem to fix it, nor does clearing cookies, history, or completely removing every extension. Now out of nowhere, outlines appear on every link I attempt to click on.

@blueslime32 For me it's enough to close the browser completely and start something else; still not sure what causes it though.

Late to the party but I'm seeing the issue as well. So bizarre and nothing seems to fix it.
