how do i close the menu tab in opera?

@pkpetr There are several ways to do it. You can press Alt key, you can click somewhere else, the Esc may help too, you click on the O icon the top left.

@pkpetr First tab? The menu is what you get by clicking on the O (or the word menu if sidebar is disabled) at the top left. It's about that?

No. It is the very 1st (mini) tab, before my main tabs email etc. It first appeared today.
