Lost all my passwords due to being an idiot

So basically I Reset windows like everyone does, and I had opera GX as my main browser. I Relied on opera GX's password manager, and when i tried to log in I forgot my password. So I resetted my password, and logged in, didn't realized that your password Don't Sync Without Your Old Password . And now im kinda stuck, there doesnt seem to be anyway to sync the passwords. Can someone help?

@learnedged22 By default, your synced saved passwords are encrypted using your Opera account password.
When you login to Sync in a different device or installation, that password is needed to decrypt the saved passwords and allow them to be fetched and used.

@learnedged22 You have only one way, it is try to remember your password, you can enter your old password in settings to restore your all passwords.
