Try to use an external VPN. There are number of premium VPNs available on the play store, that you can try along with Opera.

There could be multiple reasons behind this

• Make Sure You (and the Server) Are Online

• Try Connecting on a Different Network

If you are using FREE VPN then there must be some settings and updates that you can try.

There are multiple VPNs available in the market try to test them and see If they work or not.

@nisafitriyani VPN Pro? You can't uninstall the regular VPN, just disable it.
