Ask permission to download?

Hi everyone,

Whenever a download request came up, I want Opera to ask my permission to download it. I doesn't want opera to start to download unless I gave the permission to do it.

And I know that, it keeps downloading from the background even browser asks for where to put the downloaded file when you click to download button. So that's not the solution.
