Passwords are lost

I synced my account and made sure passwords were checked for syncing. I have reset my mobile after a while. And now I have 0 passwords. I am devastated! Chrome kept my passwords but opera was my default browser hence all my passwords were there.
Is there any way to get my passwords back

I also don't have a way to recover your password, hope someone can help me to remember it in case I lose my password.
