opera is not synchronized

I'm sorry for my poor English.opera is not synchronized on a windows 7 64-bit computer. and the opera version is 84.0.4316.21 or 85.0.4341.60 , resetting the laptop to factory settings twice did not help. the day before yesterday synchronization worked, yesterday synchronization stopped working. I go to my personal account.

@dmitrijj The only way to try to fix it that I know is resetting your synced data.
