не синхронизируется опера ни 84 ни 85 на компьютере сброс ноутбука др заводских настроек дважды не помог

Сегодня обнаружил что пропала экспресс панель со всеми закладками из неё . Думал может настройка какая то сбилась , зашёл в опции , закладки , и обнаружил что она пропала СОВСЕМ , не осталось и следа от неё в опциях , её как будто и не было в экспресс панелях
