[Solved]Opera browser - Invisible 1px line on top of tabs

At the top above the tabs is an invisible line that prevents you from clicking with the mouse cursor to switch to the tab.
I just installed the browser, is this some kind of bug or is it supposed to be like this? How can this be fixed? After all, it is simply impossible to use a browser like that.

OS - Windows 10 Version 21H2 x64
Opera version - 85.0.4341.18

In settings, "Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximized".
Why they (Opera) have made the default setting nonsensical, I do not have any idea.

@donq oh my god, I reviewed all the settings three times and was sure that I did not find a solution to the problem, thank you very much
