WhatsApp Web

Annoying. Every time I open WhatsApp in Opera, I have to scan the QR code with my phone. If I do something else in the computer in between and go back to WhatsApp, I have to scan the QR code again.
Although I only use WhatsApp with Opera on my computer, this means that I have several WhatsApp connections at the same time.
I would be grateful for a hint.
I assumed that I connect once and then it stays that way. Am I seeing this wrong? -

@leocg Thank you for the tip
Use WhatsApp on other devices.
Although I have cleared all cookies, the problem persists. I have to scan the QR code again every time I boot up the computer. -

Just try another WhatsApp solutions. I hope you may find it some alternatives for your device from any store. If no, just ask me and I will help.

@damiancross What solution would you suggest?
Maybe I have the wrong idea. I have WhatsApp Web installed for multiple devices and I imagined that now I can use whatsapp on multiple devices (once set up and then it always works).
But that is not the case. When I go to whatsapp on the desktop, I have to scan the QRS code with my phone every time. Sometimes several times a day.
Surely this can't be true? What is going wrong?

If you are using from the same laptop/Desktop you need not to, until you log out from your device which will be listed in whats app web. If you will log out from there, You need to do it again. Still you can try other types of Whatsapp from alternative app market. If there are some... You will find detailed description anyway.
From security reasons it is recommended to Log out from your device each time you close your whats app web.
