Sync still not working on mobile

I just got a new phone and my speed dial settings did not transfer to it. I thought no problem, and turned on sync and connected it to opera on my PC, which has all the speed dials. It shows that it's synced, but the speed dial settings don't show up anywhere on my phone.
I've been browsing the forum and see this is an old issue but I don't see any solution. Is it possible I missed it, or does "sync" not mean what I think "sync" means? I have over 100 sites in my speed dial, that is going to be a pain to recreate manually. And if that's what I have to do, I'll do it in another browser so I don't make the same mistake again when I upgrade. -

@leocg Well I'll be hornswoggled. I had no idea what that icon was for and never clicked it to find out. Yep, there they are. And all I had to do was hit "import all" and it moved them to the main speed dial page.
Thank you so much, this was frustrating the heck out of me!
PS: is there a way to mark this Solved? I'm not seeing that either, but obviously I'm blind so what's new? -
